If the Item is damaged you can return it and get a full refund within 30 days. To return your product, please email us to provide you the return address for your product.

If your Item was damaged in the shipping process or you receive the wrong item please send us a few pictures of the damages within 3 days of receiving to beardedguymade@gmail.com – we will be in touch and arrange another to be shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.  

Every Item being returned needs a RMA# which will be emailed directly to you.
